How Gifting Works in Loftia

Building friendship with the residents of Loftia is one of the most rewarding pursuits in the game. Here is how the friendship point system operates:

Daily Gifting Limit: You can present each NPC with one gift per in-game day. Giving a gift also initiates unique conversational dialogue.
Love Tier (+80 Friendship Points): Handing an NPC one of their specific Loved items produces heart animations and awards the maximum daily point increment.
Like Tier (+45 Friendship Points): Common favorites, fresh spring water, or basic crops that the character appreciates.
Dislike / Trash (-20 Friendship Points): Never give NPCs discarded metal scraps, plastic waste, or wilted weeds. Doing so causes disappointment and reduces friendship.
Super Crop & Cooked Bonus: Giving a Super Crop version of a loved item adds an extra +25 point multiplier.

Friendship Milestone Unlocks

Friendship ranges from Level 1 to Level 5. Upon reaching Level 2 and Level 4 milestones, NPCs send special packages to your mailbox containing exclusive building blueprints, seed catalog discounts, and companion adoption permits that cannot be acquired through any other method.
